The MAP Reach Alerting System by Equitable Analytics sends SMS notifications to authorized clinicians and frontline care providers regarding new client case alerts and time-sensitive service notifications. Messages are transactional and operational in nature and are intended to notify recipients to review details through the appropriate secure system.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
