SMS Privacy Policy

 

The MAP Reach Alerting System by Equitable Analytics collects and stores employee mobile phone numbers for the purpose of sending transactional and operational SMS alerts related to time-sensitive work responsibilities.

SMS messages are used to notify authorized employees that action may be needed in a secure system. SMS messages will not contain protected health information, client names, diagnoses, or other sensitive client details. Employees should log in to the appropriate secure portal or system to review any additional information.

Equitable Analytics uses Twilio as its SMS messaging provider. Mobile phone numbers are used only to deliver SMS notifications through this messaging program.

Employee mobile phone numbers are used internally by Equitable Analytics and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for this SMS program will not be shared with partner organizations, employers, or external parties except as necessary to operate the SMS messaging service through Twilio or as required by law.

Equitable Analytics may retain SMS-related records, including phone numbers, message delivery logs, opt-in records, opt-out records, and related operational metadata, for operational, security, compliance, and auditing purposes.

Employees may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, employees may reply HELP or contact us at support@mapreach.org.
